As CEO of Locum Leaders, Will Drescher sets strategic direction for the company and oversees day-to-day operations. Previously, Will was a partner and vice president at locumtenens.com. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the growth of the Anesthesia Division and National Accounts program and grew the Surgery Division to be amongst the largest in the industry.

Will has also held sales and management positions at CareerBuilder.com, where he managed national operations, and at Hertz, where he held management and operational roles, opening several locations in the greater Atlanta area. He has a BA from the University of Central Florida.

Robert Harrington Jr., MD, SFHM, Chief Medical OfficerLinkedin

As CMO, Dr. Harrington is in charge of candidate quality programs and Hospitalist program consulting. Previously, he served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for InCompass Health, where he directed all medical directors and oversaw quality of care programs for one of the nation’s leading for-profit hospitalist management groups.

Dr. Harrington is a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) and a past chair of the organization’s Family Medicine Task Force. He was recognized in 2010 as a member of the inaugural class of Senior Fellows of Hospital Medicine (SFHM). Dr. Harrington is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Temple University School of Medicine, and completed residency training at the Medical Center of Delaware. He served in the United States Air Force where he rose to the rank of Major, USAF, Medical Corps. Dr. Harrington worked in private practice as a family physician and also served as Medical Director for Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC and Dekalb Medical in Decatur, GA.

A trained critical care nurse and veteran healthcare recruiter, Karen Belote brings over 20 years of industry experience to Locum Leaders. Previously, Karen held a variety of management roles at Jackson and Coker and ultimately rose to the position of Senior Vice President for Locum Tenens. Karen has also held physician and nurse recruiting positions with MSI, Quest and Emory University Hospital She is a magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Nursing.
