Will Drescher, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Locum Leaders, Will Drescher sets strategic direction for the company and oversees day-to-day operations. Previously, Will was a partner and vice president at locumtenens.com. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the growth of the Anesthesia Division and National Accounts program and grew the Surgery Division to be amongst the largest in the industry.

Will has also held sales and management positions at CareerBuilder.com, where he managed national operations, and at Hertz Rent-A-Car, where he held management and operational roles, opening several locations in the greater Atlanta area. He has a BA from the University of Central Florida.

Robert Harrington Jr., MD, SFHM, Chief Medical Officer

As CMO, Dr. Harrington is in charge of risk management, which includes physician credentialing and other candidate quality programs. Previously, he served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for InCompass Health, where he directed all medical directors and oversaw quality of care programs for one of the nation’s leading for-profit hospitalist management groups.

Dr. Harrington brings national leadership experience in hospital medicine and physician workforce management to Locum Leaders. He was recognized in April 2010 by the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) as a member of the inaugural class of Senior Fellows of Hospital Medicine (SFHM). He also chairs the SHM Family Medicine Task Force and participated in the Society’s first-ever Workforce Summit. He writes and presents regularly on hospital medicine topics and is a featured blogger on the website of Today’s Hospitalist magazine.

Dr. Harrington earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA and completed residency training at the Medical Center of Delaware, Wilmington, DE. Following his training, he served in the United States Air Force where he rose to the rank of Major, USAF, Medical Corps. Dr. Harrington worked in private practice as a family physician and also served as Medical Director for Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC and Dekalb Medical in Decatur, GA.

Alex Gramling, VP Marketing

Alex Gramling brings over fifteen years of marketing and healthcare management experience to Locum Leaders. Previously, Alex was VP, Marketing for the specialty pharmacy division of Express Scripts (ESRX), a Fortune 140 pharmacy benefits management company. While at Express Scripts, he developed successful relationships with leading biopharmaceutical companies, physician group practices and health insurers. He held the same title and responsibilities at Priority Healthcare (PHCC), a Fortune 1000 company acquired by Express Scripts in 2005.

Alex has also held management and marketing roles at several successful venture-backed startups, including iVillage.com, where he launched the company’s popular health portal, and Drugstore.com (DSCM), where he shared a US patent (7162437) for site functionality. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree from Miami University of Ohio.
