The VA is in need of gastroenterology services at Mountain Home Tennessee. The provider can be either board certified or eligible, but must have completed a full residency of internal medicine. The provider will be required to have a current and unrestricted state license, current BLS, ACLS, and DEA. The VA would prefer for the candidate to have recent or current VA experience, but it is not required. The provider will be working in an out-patient clinic setting, treating only adults. The clinic hours are 8am to 430pm, and there is telephonic call expected to be split between three physicians. The provider will be seeing and treating between10-16 patients per day. They must be comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and knowledgable using computers ( excel and word).
Board Certification or eligible. Proof of completed IM residency. Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Drug Enforcement Administration.
